Terms of Service — Sweet Tooth Art

Before commissioning, please read all of my TOS.

I will only take commissions from 18+ only regardless of content.
Commissions are for private enjoyment and are never to be used, reproduced or resolved as Crypto/NFT's in any way.
I have the right to decline anyone at any time for any reason.
All commissions will be streamed on Twitch - if you do not want your commission streamed or kept private and unposted online this will incur an extra charge of 50% as streaming is my full time job and I would need to complete the commission in my free time.

I only accept payment via Paypal invoices sent to your Paypal email (unless commission is purchased at convention).
Full payment must be made before any work is started.

You must have a visual reference (Art work,3d model, fur suit) that I will approve as adequate beforehand unless you are commissioning a reference sheet.
If you do not have a visual reference and are not an artist you will need to fill out a line art base (eg. a free line art base from art sites like furaffinity/deviantart). Not required if you are commissioning a reference sheet, but doing so is useful.

It is up to you to tell me everything I need to know in order to complete your commission.
I will ask questions if I feel I need more information, but know that it is your responsibility to inform me of all details needed.
If you failed to inform me of a mistake or a needed change to your commission during the sketch stage for the anatomy and flat colour stage for markings and colours then revision charges may be added.
Revision costs are also dependent on the complexity of the revision - overly detailed characters or changes will cost more.

All Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD)
Each extra character is +50% of the base price
Complex characters will incur an extra charge (Eg. Wings, complex markings, complex outfits, detailed weapons/props etc)
Character Design is +$50 to the base price if you don’t have a coloured visual reference for a Reference Sheet Commission (A coloured base counts as a visual reference)

I retain copyright of artwork. You are not allowed to use my artwork by any means without my permission.
Only the commissioner of a piece of artwork may re-upload the work on social media/art/etc galleries, crop for an icon for use on social media/art galleries/etc, or use of a Ref Sheet on social media/art galleries/etc or print for personal use.
Please always credit me when re-posting or using my art.
You are not allowed to use my art for commercial use without my consent and signed agreement.
Should the client decide to change or adjust the commissioned works through the use of machine learning or derived technologies, or create derivatives of the commissioned works through the use of machine learning or derived technologies, I will consider this an automatic purchase of exclusive rights and charge the standard fee per artwork. Please inquire about the exact fee for your commission in advance.
Violations to this Terms of Service Agreement will result in Artist Beware / Commissioners Beware, etc.

I am not responsible for deleted or missing commissions from my galleries. Please save a copy of your commission to your computer and back it up.
